Consent for Capturing and Storing Video, Photographs, Voice, and Technical Tests
By participating in our selection processes, the candidate expressly authorizes INETSYS S.L to capture and store video images, photographs, and voice recordings that may contain their image and voice during the selection process. These images and recordings will be used exclusively for the following purposes:
Evaluation of the candidacy for the position applied for.
Subsequent evaluations that may be necessary within the selection process.
Additional interviews that may be conducted during the selection process.
Furthermore, the candidate consents to the recording of their computer screen during the execution of digital technical tests, with the aim of evaluating their skills and performance in these tests.
The recordings, photographs, and voice recordings will be stored securely and kept confidential, in compliance with current data protection regulations. These recordings, photographs, and voice recordings will be deleted once the selection process is completed and the legally established retention period for candidate data has elapsed.
By accepting this privacy policy, the candidate expressly acknowledges and consents to the capture and use of their image, voice, and screen data as described above.
